New Year.....New ??????

A new year...a new me!  I am ready for some change...how about yall?  I do not normally do "new year resolutions," however, this year I am making goals for myself.  First on the list was a new hair cut!!  I opted instead to get a perm, first one in 23 years.  So far I am in TOTAL love with it and it's so easy to style, just wash and go!  Next on the list is to get Healthy again.  Hubby and I started together this time.  I don't have much success when I go it alone, so my darling better half is helping me.  We have started with our diets first, eating better, etc and next is to add exercise. 

I hope to keep you all updated on the "goals" for this year and help you to keep up with the family as well.  What better way to update than with pictures!?  So, here you go, the months of December and Jan in a nutshell!  ENJOY!

My Haircut...........

I posted earlier about taking the kids for haircuts and then having to take new pictures.....well, I got my hair whacked off too. Thought I would share a picture here for those that don't see me on a regular basis....chime in and tell me what you think? Hate it? Love it? Not sure? It's OK...I need honest opinions here. I am trying to find the right cut for my "fat square" face. Thanks all and have a Blessed Weekend!

Take One and Take Two...

OK...I have been busy the last few days. Taking pictures at sunset on one afternoon, only to take the kids for haircuts the next day and realize I have to take the picturs all over. Two kids got their hair trimmed...you know cause they like hair long and scared to go too short, 2 got real hair cuts...you know where inches are involved and mommy got her whacked off too!! YEP!! I did it! I CUT MY HAIR!!! Haircuts are only a once a year occurence for me and the girls, so we normally try to make it count. I can't even count the inches I had cut off, but I love my new doo!! I don't have a picture to share yet, but I will get you one.

However, I do have a slideshow of both attempts at capturing the perfect picture for our Christmas cards. I am trying to get a jump on them this year. Watch the show and tell me what you think. What's your favorite??
